Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 15, 2026
Amplifier is operated by Serenity Software ("Amplifier," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use beamplified.app and the Amplifier content creation, publishing, analytics, and community-management service (the "Service").
Information we collect
Account and workspace information. We collect your email address, name, password hash, workspace details, settings, and account preferences.
Your content. We store the captures, compositions, remixes, uploaded media, schedules, brand-voice settings, comments, replies, and other material you create or import. When you import a URL or feed, we fetch the public source you provide.
Connected services. If you connect LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Google, or another supported service, we receive identifiers, profile details, permissions, and access or refresh tokens needed to provide the connection. Tokens are stored on our servers and protected by application and infrastructure access controls.
Usage and diagnostics. We collect ordinary server logs, device and browser information, IP address, actions taken in the Service, error reports, and performance diagnostics. We use session, authentication, security, and preference cookies needed to operate the Service.
Billing information. Stripe collects payment-method and billing details through its hosted pages. We receive and store customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status, renewal date, and limited billing contact information. Amplifier does not store full card numbers.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
- Generate, transcribe, schedule, publish, and analyze content at your direction.
- Connect to third-party accounts and retrieve comments or performance data you authorize.
- Process subscriptions, prevent abuse, communicate about your account, and provide support.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
AI processing
Depending on deployment configuration, relevant prompts, content, and files may be sent to OpenAI or Anthropic for text generation and to OpenAI for audio transcription. You should not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your content workflow. Provider handling is also governed by the applicable provider terms and privacy policy.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the Service, including with:
- Stripe for checkout, subscription management, tax features you enable, and fraud prevention.
- OpenAI and Anthropic for configured AI and transcription features.
- LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Google, and other services you connect to authenticate, publish, retrieve analytics, or manage interactions at your direction.
- Resend for transactional email and Sentry for error and performance diagnostics.
- Infrastructure vendors, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to operate the Service, protect rights and safety, complete a business transaction, or comply with law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Security and retention
We use HTTPS in production, access controls, secure password hashing, database backups, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete an account or workspace, associated application data is deleted from active systems, subject to limited backup retention and records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. Deleting a paid workspace cancels its recurring subscription before deletion.
Your choices and rights
You can update account settings, disconnect linked services, manage billing through Stripe, and delete your account in Amplifier settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. Contact us to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
International use and changes
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the revised policy and update its effective date; we will provide additional notice when required by law.
